Auckland One Rail (AOR) works with Auckland Transport (AT) to deliver a modern metropolitan rail service where our customers are at the heart. AOR is driving a step-change in the capability and performance of the rail business, particularly in the areas of service performance and customer experience. Rail patronage in Tāmaki Makaurau, already driven by rapid population growth, is also expected to increase as a result of continuous improvement in punctuality, reliability, customer satisfaction, service planning and incident recovery.

Our Responsibilities
- Operation of trains – Electric Multiple Units (EMUs).
- Customer services, safety and security management, industrial relations management.
- Operation and maintenance of stations.
- Management and maintenance of rolling stock.
- The provision of Project Services to support the implementation of major projects.
