Paul D'Alessio

Chief Executive Officer

Paul is a highly experienced public transport professional, having held senior management positions across the airline and rail industries, including in both the Victorian urban and regional rail networks.  He is well known for his commercially astute, people-centric leadership and engagement in large scale and complex business environments.

With an unwavering focus on excellence and continuous improvement, Paul will support and empower our team to ensure that Auckland One Rail delivers on our promise to bring world class rail to Auckland.

Magda Robertson

Chief Operating Officer

Madga Robertson has over 18 year’s experience in the rail industry in Australian rail and light-rail networks that provides her with the knowledge and skills to create a step-change in the Auckland rail service. Magda is known for her ability to lead a culture of high performing teams and excellent customer service delivery.

Alex Henson

Chief Financial Officer

Alex Henson is a finance and accounting professional with over 18 years in the rail, construction, health, defence, justice and resources sectors. Alex’s deep and broad commercial and finance experiences across different industries and countries will be of great benefit to Auckland One Rail. 

Gary Ryan

Head of Customer & Community

Gary brings a broad a range of business experience to AOR including over 15 years’ in customer experience leadership roles in the public transport and the postal sectors. He has a passion for developing and delivering initiatives that translate into tangible improvements in the front-line customer experience.

Cameron Brodie

Head of HSQES and Sustainability

Cameron is a dedicated systems and safety assurance professional with over 20 years’ experience in multiple disciplines of engineering, systems and safety, including rail, telecommunications, mining, construction, and energy.  Cameron has focused his career on the Assurance disciplines and their application to safety and engineering in both operational and project-based environments.  Cameron has a vision to transform the way the safety culture and its integrated into the fabric of the Auckland transport network.
