Catherine has been with Kordia Group Limited, most recently as Group Chief Financial Officer having started there as a Financial Accountant in 2004. 

Before that role, she worked at Young & Rubicam Advertising and Arthur Andersen (New Zealand and Canada). 

Catherine is also a Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand.
