Our lost property office is located in the former AT Ticket Booth near the Takutai Square gateline on Level B1 of Waitematā (Britomart) Train Station. The office hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00-11.30am, 12.00-2.30pm and 3.00-5.00pm
- Weekends and public holidays: closed
