From Monday, 9 March, our Lost Property office is temporarily located behind the tag on/tag off gates via the main entrance to Waitematā Station* – please ask one of our friendly customer service team in pink hi-vis vests to help you access it.
The office hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00-11.30am, 12.00-2.30pm and 3.00-5.00pm
- Weekends and public holidays: closed

*Our lost property office is usually located in the former AT Ticket Booth near the Takutai Square gateline on Level B1 of Waitematā (Britomart) Train Station. This temporary re-location is due to maintenance works at the Takutai end of the station.
