Our lost property office is in the former AT Ticket Booth near the Takutai Square gateline on Level B1 of Waitematā (Britomart) Train Station. The office is open Monday to Friday and closed on weekends and public holidays.
The office hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00-11.30am, 12.00-2.30pm and 3.00-5.00pm
- Weekends and public holidays: closed
