Our lost property office is situated in the former AT Ticket Booth adjacent to the Takutai Square Gateline on Level B1 of Britomart Train Station. We are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and closed on weekends and public holidays. Please note the office is unattended during the following times: weekdays, Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 12pm (midday) and from 2.30pm to 3pm.
