Lynne brings more than 20 years of senior People & Culture experience, spanning both transformation and core HR roles across leading organisations including Fonterra, Air New Zealand, Lion Nathan, and Pfizer.
Before joining AOR she led the people strategy for Fonterra’s global finance transformation and has held senior roles in strategic capability, workforce planning, leadership development and cultural transformation. Lynne is committed to building inclusive, high-performing environments that support Auckland One Rail’s focus on safety, service excellence, and innovation.
