A seasoned HR professional originally from the UK, over the last 20 years’ Nicky has held senior leadership roles both in New Zealand and internationally across Asia Pacific and Middle East within transportation and logistics industries.

Prior to joining AOR, Nicky was the Director People, Culture and Safety for New Zealand’s largest passenger transport operator, and is experienced in leading the people function within complex, multi-site workforces to deliver transformation, integration and sustainable performance.

Her expertise spans organisational design, industrial and employee relations, talent management, workforce mobilisation and leadership development, with a record of strengthening engagement, retention and capability.
