We are excited to recently welcome Lynne Miller as our new General Manager of People & Culture.
Lynne has more than 20 years of senior People & Culture and transformation leadership experience across well-known organisations such as Fonterra, Air New Zealand, Lion Nathan, and Pfizer.
She has led the people strategy for Fonterra’s global finance transformation and has held senior roles spanning capability, workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
Lynne holds a Master’s degree in HR Strategy and Change and has also recently completed a second Master’s degree in Technological Futures, focused on leading digital transformation through a uniquely Aotearoa lens, integrating Kaupapa Māori principles.
