We’ve recently being introducing our new values across our depots and sites.
Where did these new values come from? We held workshops over several weeks with our frontline teams and crews – based on their feedback our new values are: Safety, Integrity, Respect and One Team.
CEO Martin Kearney says it’s been important to connect directly with all of our teams and hear what values were important to them. This is just one of the initiatives that is helping us to improve engagement and job satisfaction at AOR.
Martin says, “The timing of this launch coincides with this year’s engagement survey results that shows 81% of our employees are either engaged or partially engaged – a massive 19% increase when compared with the year before; 81% also enjoy their roles at AOR – a 13% increase on the prior survey.
“Our new values will allow us to build on these results and will become part of who are, and what we do, every day.”
